We chose the India Dormida with the extension to access the natural pool. The trail itself is beautiful, offering numerous sights and great viewpoints. Jakob is incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating history about the forest, mountains, and surrounding area. Having lived in Panama for over two decades, he’s an excellent source of information and insights about the country. His English is excellent, and he’s also very kind. I highly recommend booking a tour with him in El Valle de Antón!

We learned and saw many places in El Valle. The history was fun to learn, the places good to see- many we went back to later during our stay. I would highly recommend this tour and Jakob is fluent in Spanish, English and German. (Haha I think as I do not speak German)

It was a perfect way to see El Valle from all neighborhoods and from up above! The surrounding forests and hills were thick and rich in flora and fauna. Jacob was extremely well informed and the entire trip was well timed.

Jacob was very knowledgeable about El Valle and was able to teach us how to use the e-bikes. We appreciated the time well spent and highly recommend a bike tour with Jacob.
