This Lodge is located in the low density area of Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, just 2.5 kilometers from the Falls on a 2,640 m2 sized lot.

The Lodge:

The Lodge comprises of 12 en-suite guest units and spacious lounge and terrace; sub-tropical garden, swimming pool, thatched gazebo with guest reception area and bar, open plan dining room for breakfast and dinners. The ambience of individually fitted out rooms shows a combination of European comfort and African flair. The lodge opened in July 1999 and has since then established a good reputation as lodge accommodation in Victoria Falls by providing a cost effective alternative to 3 & 4 Star hotels and lodges with a personalized service.

The lodge is a trusted B&B and booked by travel agents and their ground operators in Southern Africa, Europe (mainly Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria & Netherlands) and Australia/New Zealand. Arrivals from the UK market are increasing since the end of 2009. Clients from the USA, Canada and South America are mainly via direct bookings.

As of 2017 the lodge has about 350 suppliers of various sizes as an agent base on file which is included in the sale.
