Welcome to the Club!

After three years of studies and experiments we are now able to provide you with different kinds of fresh and tasty bread.
Our recipes are based on the traditional German, French and Italian breads.
We only use the best ingredients available in Panama and of course we don´t use any artificial or chemical additives.
We bake every Saturday and you can pick up your order on Saturday between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm at our place.
The deadline for ordering for sourdough breads is Thursday 6:00 pm, for everything else it is Friday 4:00 pm.
We will also bake on demand on each other day if the minimum order quantity is at least $20.00.

Vermont Sourdough Bread Classic
Classic sourdough bread made of wheat flour. In France and Germany it is regarded as a solid country bread. In the US it is known as Vermont sourdough bread. According to our German tradition we refine it with a pinch of caraway and coriander seeds.

Made of rye sourdough, 50% organic whole grain rye flour and 50% whole grain wheat and normal wheat flour.

Potatoebread "Fritz"
Made of rye sourdough, organic whole grain rye flour, wheat flour and potatoes. Accoring to a recipe and named after the former king of Prussia, Frederic the Great (1712-1786). Homage to his 300th birthday.

Seedbread
Made of rye sourdough, organic whole grain rye flour, whole grain wheat and normal wheat flour. The toasted flax, sunflower and sesame seeds give the bread its special taste.

Rustic Whitebread
Made of rye sourdough according to a recipe of "bread pope" Jeffrey Hamelman. The excellent taste is based on a blend of three different flours (organic whole grain rye flour, whole grain wheat and white flour).

Fougasse  
French speciality made of yeast and sourdough, olives, thyme, rosemary, oregano and olive oil. Also available with bacon and onions or dried tomatoes and herbs. Fit to have as an appetizer or with an aperitif, as snack or for a pick nick.

Raisin Bread/Brioche with Raisins

Rolls  
We bake them the way popular in Bavaria known as "Kaisersemmeln". The basic ingredients are yeast dough and French butter. We serve them plain or with a topping of poppy, sesame or caraway seeds. Also available with whole grain.

Croissants  
Made of puff pastry with Danish or French butter.

Apple Strudel   
Speciality from Austria. Contains 2 lbs. of apples, almonds, raisins and cinnamon. One Strudel makes 8-10 pieces/servings.
