The name says it all: the menue of Bruschetta's is inspired by the Italian kitchen which is combined with the local Panamanian. So beneath typical Panamanian dishes we offer a rich choice of pasta and bruschettas.

Start your menue with one of our fresh and delicious vegetarian, fish or chicken soups or with the Panamanian ceviche of shrimps or corvina (sea bass).

Our main dishes offer a variety of specialities of seafood, chicken, beef and pork. For example:
- Salmon in coconut or pesto sauce
- Sea bass fried in garlic butter
- Lobster in tomato sauce
- A skewer with chicken filet and vegetables
- T-Bone steak with special butter boiled potatoes
- Grilled pork chops
Each main dish is accompanied with french fries, rice or patacones and a fresh salad.

Beneath lunch and dinner we serve breakfeast from 7:00 to
9:00 am.
